As I reflect on the last couple of days from the Colts Big Blue Football Camp to the Attica
Hometown Hero National Guard game I am overwhelmed with great PRIDE in our students! Thursday’s Colts Camp was a success for students in grades 2-5 and looking through the pictures and watching them I think it’s safe to say they had a great time and they all were really well behaved! Thank you to all the volunteers who came out and helped make the event a success!
The High School Football Team got to come over and help with the camp and they did a great job running the station and interacting with the elementary kids. We have some great high school student leaders for these students to look up to.
The Hometown Hero Game we didn’t have the greatest weather or the best outcome for the Ramblers but it was more about Rambler Nation Pride! Thank you to all the Veterans that came out to the game and endured the rainy weather.
The American Legion and the VFW were represented as they presented the flags.
The Attica Fire Department brought out the ladder truck and displayed a huge American Flag at the entrance to Lewis Bruce and it looked great!!
Thanks to the National Guard for providing the jerseys and joining us for the game!
Thanks to the Rambler Football Family for embracing this opportunity to honor our Veterans and Troops. After the game the team posed for a picture and shook hands with all the National Guard members present and thanked them for the opportunity. This moment also made me very PROUD TO BE A RAMBLER!!
